Membership in the Kentucky Morgan Horse Association is open to anyone who would like to support and promote the Morgan breed in the state of Kentucky.
Annual Membership fees are:
* Individual General Membership : $35.00
(Voting rights for one)
* Joint General Membership : $50.00
(Voting rights for two)
* Youth General Membership : $20.00
(22 years or younger - voting rights for those 18 and older)
(Farm and Associate membership no applies due to 2008 changes in the Organization's Bylaws which are available on request)
Also note that the funds supporting KMHA sponsorship for show classes and High Point awards come from the registration and nomination fees for the Incentive program as well as the membership dues and donations given to the organization. Because KMHA lobbies for the Morgan breed, donations to the organization can not be tax deductible. Despite this limitation, all funding is put to good use in making the good name of the Morgan known through out the state of Kentucky.

Revenue realized through KMHA memberships and KMBIF nominations have made it possible for KMHA to provide these benefits to our Morgan community. We extend special thanks to all who have supported our organization with their memberships and participation in the KMHBIF.
We have some very important business to complete by November of this year. By November 1, KMHA must reapply for participation in the Kentucky Horse Breeders Incentive Program. This is our opportunity to revise our program. Your input is very important to us. We will seek it more formally in the near future, but encourage you to send us your ideas as they occur to you. Our program will be effective for the years of 2009-2011, so we want to do things to the very best of our collective abilities.
Thank you for supporting the Kentucky Morgan Horse Association with your membership and ideas.
Sincerely,
KMHA Officers
Judith Barager-Kemper, President
Rita Adams, Vice-President
Richard Schuler, Secretary/Treasurer
